kindly need your assist as my top row of keys not working from (esc) to (pause break),

that happen when i updated the Wins after that the top row is not working .

Dear team,

I tried the keyboard on another pc the same issue and I tried to uninstall Razer Synapse 3.0 and install it still the same and when I am in may dos screen i tried to press F12 to go to bios same issue .

I see. That's a possible hardware issue since the issue occurred even in the BIOS window and when plugged into a different computer with or without a Razer Synapse 3.0 installed. If the keyboard is still within its warranty coverage, purchased from a local reseller and you are residing outside North America, please contact the store where you purchase the device and ask for a replacement. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
