Razer Ornata shines but do not react

Hi guys, we have a challenge. Our Razer Ornata Shines in waves but when we try to enter something via the keyboard the different characters backlighted in green without any reaction. We disconnect the keyboard tested it with different Laptops/PCs. Always the same. Nice backlight, no reaction on the keyboard itself. Our guess is that the keyboard is locked by a shortcut. But we have no clue about the combination. What can we do? Any ideas? Best, BK

      My Synapse will not install or boot at all no matter what i try, I have the Ornata chroma.....my first keyboard from Razer and i cannot even install the software made for it....this isnt looking good for you guys

      Hi! Thanks for offering help but i found a fix by random chance when it turned out that my USB would not register the product unless connected INSIDE windows, i only tried connecting and disconnecting the keyboard while the computer was shut down, so changing and plugging while inside Win10 fixed my problem if anyone would have the same problem as i did. Thank you
