Hello to everyone.

 

I have some issues with my keyboard.

Recently,i updated my pc to Windows 11. i had some issues lagging, so i restore my system back to windows 10. After that, for some reason my keyboard is not working. 

It's working to enter bios and to type inside bios( if i want to search something let's say) but when windows open, its not working. 

 

i have to mention that the Fn button, it's reacting when i press it( i mean that all the colours go black, and it gives me the options of f10 - f11 and so on, lightened up) .

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try reinstalling its drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V2 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
