Well all I can say is you’re going to be losing customers.  I don’t appreciate paying a premium price only to have the keycaps wear out in a couple of years and not be able to replace them.  

Sure it’s not a top-end MX-switch keyboard but it was still 3-4x the price of a typical cheap membrane one and I would expect better after sales service.  I won’t be buying from Razer again.  I’m also getting intermittent issues with the ESC key not working at times.  I can’t see any crud in it, but maybe that’s the issue.  Either way, I’m soon going to be looking for a replacement at this rate, and I doubt it’s going to be from Razer.
