My down arrow, numpad 1 2 3, 7 8 9, + enter stopped working. I tried compressed air, reinstalling drivers, resetting by pressing escape caps lock space when plugging it back in, but nothing works. Is there any way to fix this? I bought this keyboard in 2022. The lights behind the keys still work.

Let me check on your keyboard. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues?
