Razer Ornata V2 Keys Not Working

I am having trouble with my Razer Ornata V2 Keyboard. Specifically, the down arrow, and the following keys on the keypad are unresponsive: 0, 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, +, and Enter. I have tried swtiching USB ports, restarting synapse, and restarting my computer to no avail. Please let me know if there are any other ways I can address this. Thank you

Did you try it without chroma effects?
