Hello! The left ALT key stopped working. The problem had also appeared when I first bought the keyboard (about 2–3 years ago). I sent the keyboard to the store’s service department where I bought it, and they told me they didn’t find any issue, so they returned it to me. Since then, it had been working without any problems. Suddenly, a few days ago, it stopped working again, and after pressing it several times, it would start working again. But after 2–3 days, it completely stopped working. Could this be a software issue, or is the key itself physically broken?
p.s. I’m using synapse 4 and I have tried to repair it.
