Hi!
Like the title says, the mute Button (Scroll Wheel Klick) stops working the minute Synapse has loaded. Before that, it works fine. When i quit Synapse, it works fine again. When i reload Synapse, it stops working again. Everything else seems to be fine. I already tried to reinstall Synapse, no difference. An ideas?

Did you perform a clean installation of the Synapse app? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. Let me know through PM if you're still experiencing the same issue and provide the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you with the mute button issue of your keyboard.
