Razer Ornata V3 - 3 keys stopped working..

Hi, I purchased a keyboard Ornata V3 and 3 keys are not Working. Q, Esc and ~ (I copied and pasted in order to inform you what keys are not working)

I tried to uninstall device and restart computer and everything else I could think of.
The keys are working from time to time and I did not rekey anything else. Last night it worked for a couple of minutes and then nothing. So if it works from time to time it s not a physical issue or a mechanic one and I think it s a problem with software...
I was thinking that maybe the synapse app or chroma app are the problem and I reinstalled those..

It s the first Razer product that I buy and it s not the best experience at this moment...

Can I get some guidance please on how to fix this or should I return the product?

P.S. after I wrote this message also the Windows key stoped working......

Does the problem persists regardless if the Synapse app is running or not? Were there any changes made to your system or keyboard before the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your device? e.g., spilled liquid, etc. To isolate the problem, please perform the troubleshooting steps in this article. If the problem persist, please send me a PM with a the keyboard serial number and  a copy of your invoice so I can check for warranty options. Kindly upload it via Google Drive and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so we can access the file. Thank you!
