Razer ornata v3. Several buttons do not work due to a software conflict (Possibly) on a PC without synapses, there are no problems, deleting it only shows up if you install it again and even without profile authorization. Everything has been reset to factory settings, and the firmware is up-to-date. Help :(

I found a temporary solution by tapping and searching the forums:
We use the combination capslock + esc, hold for 5 seconds, disconnect the keyboard from the PC and then connect by pressing the letter that does not work. from 1-2 times, the problem is fixed until an indefinite time, whether the system is rebooted or 30 minutes))

I’ve responded to your PM. Please try to perform a clean install of your Razer Synapse Software here to fix the issue. If the same problem persists, send me the device serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. All the best!
