F9-F12 keys don't work. as well as the backspace, backslash and enter button.
Tried doing hard reset. Uninstalled and installed synapse. Manual uninstallation thru device manager. Still unresponsive. Does anyone had and solve this problem? thanks

Hello RuiRen0421,

I understand you’re  having trouble with your Razer Ornata V3 keys not working. You've already tried some good troubleshooting steps. Here are a few more suggestions you might try to further isolate the problem:

  1. Inspect the keyboard for any signs of physical damage or debris that might be causing the keys to stick or malfunction.

  2. Ensure that your keyboard drivers and firmware are up to date. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause keys to become unresponsive.

  3. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

Razer Synapse on the system tray

  4. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  5. If possible, connect the keyboard to another device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the keyboard or the original device.

If the same problem persist, feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty. All the best!
