I just started using Razar Ornata v3 today…
in the game im playing i usually use the keys: UP ARROW + LEFT ARROW + ALT
but as soon as i press UP ARROW + LEFT ARROW it disables the ALT key for some reason.
is there a fix?

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
