Hi Razer support, Im having problem with my razer ORNATA V3, The problem is i can’t press my capslock key with multiple other key. It can combine with 1 key only. I use my capslock key as like a shift key in games. Is there anyways i can make my capslock key allowing multiple key to be press??

Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.

+1You can try to test it on another PC without Synapse installed, but I guess it's because the keyboard doesn't have NKRO & Anti ghosting.
