After the latest firmware update when i press A key it doesn't register and when I press Z key it type as * and the left alt give input as Z and the right shift give input as Z
I am so confused that my keys are not working and are swapped after the firmware update

Can you check if the issue you're experiencing with your Razer Ornata V3 is happening while the Razer Synapse is disabled? Please try to perform the troubleshooting steps from this article.
