razer ornata v3 not working on ps5

my razer ornata v3 works just fine when i plug it into anything else, my computer, exc. but when i try to plug it into my ps5 it lights up but the key’s don’t work, my ps5 isn’t the problem because i have a razer mouse that works just fine and the ports do too. i’ve tried resetting it through the app but that didn’t work either, i’ve also tried resetting it using keys and watching various videos but that didn’t work either. is anyone else having this problem?
