Hello, I have a Razer keyboard which I purchased about 8 months ago. There is a strange red mark under one of the keys (Shift key area), and it looks like a factory defect because it does not come off when I try to clean it. The key works fine but I wanted to ask if this is something that can be repaired or replaced under warranty. Thank you.

When did you first notice this red mark under the shift key? If this is a cosmetic issue, then it needs to be assessed first. I highly suggest taking a video or photo showing the issue and uploading it to any online hosting sites (Google Drive, Dropbox, MediaFire, etc.). Where did you purchase the device (I need to know if they are part of our authorized merchants)? Also, what’s your region/location so I can verify if you're within the Razer shipping network? Otherwise, you can submit a case here and select PC Product > Peripherals > Enter your keyboard’s serial number, and submit so you can get the Contact Support option for chat & email.
