I have several keys that randomly won’t work and then will for sometimes.
I try everything online everything is up to date. There is no solutions in sight.
Searching on reddit I see that I’m not the only one with exactly the same problematic keys not one missing.

Obvioulsy the warranty is over. This is unacceptable. All my PC equipment is from Razer but I’m in disbelieve that I just have a defect device from the brand I love.
I had to write this with visual keyboard. I bought this one 3years ago for 90euros I was happy until a month ago.
Hope there is a solution for people like me.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in this support article? does the issue persist without the Razer Synapse installed? If possible test the keyboard on another computer.
