Razer ornata v3 spamming random keys when playing game.

Only when playing game(s)? If yes - all games or specific ones?

Could you create a new empty profile and check what happens?

yes its in all games I have no clue why it does that

but when I don’t have any games open the keyboard is normal like it is now, no issues no phantom spamming only when I’m playing games

Try turning off Synapse. 

Right click on Razer Central icon in tray and → exit all apps.
