razer ornata v3 windows key not working (game mode off)

The windows key does not work on my ornata v3 keyboard, I opened a new profile from synapse, I reset the keyboard, I did the software update of the keyboard, but it still did not happen, I wonder if there is a technical problem or software could be broken? I just bought it 2 days ago.
