RAZER Orochi 2013, DPI side buttons dont work on Synapse 2.1.2

Hi everyone, im broking my head trying to fix this problem. When synapse is closed, the right side buttons of my mouse orochi, works fine with windows 10, but when i open synapse 2 (its the version that support my mice) they dont work, but when i press it the mouse led idicate that are presed. Please any ideas can be very ussefull Steps that i make. Factory reset mice. Delet all the razer driver, reboot, install, reboot, install... and the problem continues. UPDATE: It is Synapse 2.21 (My bad)
