Razer Orochi Button 8 & 9 Not Working

Hi,

As mentioned in title, button 8 & 9 is not working for a while now. Was hoping some software update later it'll be fixed but nope, still dead after almost a year.

Been reading in your forum others complaining about this but there's no solution and that person was sent a PM instead.

This is something software for sure as I've seen many people complaining it with a simple Google search. And with USB cable attached, those 2 buttons worked without issue.

Please let me know how to fix this.
