razer orochi V2 connectivity issue

I have been using this mouse for a few months now and it’s only recently that I have been having this problem. The mouse doesn’t work when I switch to the 2.4 method when I turn the pc on or I don’t use the mouse for a few hours it just stops working when I try to use it for fixing it I plug the battery in and out lots of times and after a long time it works can someone from razor please help me with this issue.
