So I have a Razer Orochi V2 mouse and I bought it back in February. It has been consistently working until today. Today, my mouse decides to not respond at all and it has been going to the left side of the screen and then it goes all the way up to the edge of the screen. I’m not really sure what to do and if someone could help me, it would be much appreciated.

Hello,
Have you tried using it on a different surface? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with its serial number so I can look for other workarounds. I can also check for a firmware update that we can run.
