Razer Orochi V2 non-responsive after going to sleep over Bluetooth | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hello,

My Razer Orochi v2 doesn't reconnect properly after the mouse goes to sleep.

Scenario:

  • Windows Bluetooth Device list shows mouse is paired and connected.

  • Walk away for the sleep duration specified in Synapse (15 min currently)

  • After the mouse is asleep, trying to use mouse again. No response. Windows Bluetooth Device list shows mouse is Paired but not Connected state.

Once the mouse is asleep, it doesn't seem to reconnect properly.

I have to Disable/ Enable Bluetooth in windows, turn on / off Orochi mouse. After that mouse reconnects.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Have you update the Razer Orochi V2's firmware? If you haven't, please click this link. Try performing the following:

"How to disable USB selective suspend"

  • Open Control Panel.

  • Click on Hardware and Sound.

  • Click on Power Options.

  • Under "Preferred plan," click the Change plan settings link for the plan you're currently using. (If you change the settings on the power plan that isn't active, this won't work.)

  • Click the Change advanced power settings link.

  • Expand USB settings.

  • Expand USB selective suspend setting.

  • Select Disabled from the drop-down menu.

  • Click Apply.

  • Click OK.

Should the behavior persists, you can repeat the steps and revert the changes. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
