Razer Orochi v2 Sensor

Alright so my razer orochi v2 mouse sensor has like stopped working no matter what i do. Every time i replace its battery or take one out and put it in the red light at the bottom on the sensor goes on but the led on the top of the mouse wont turn green or go on atall. After a few seconds the red light goes off. I’ve tried updateing the software. it did not work. i tried on another laptop, it did not work. I really dont know what to do.
