Razer Orochi V2 / Synapse Causing Alt-Tab to not function

Hi, when I connect my Razer Orochi V2 using dongle my Windows loses some function like being unable to click the notification bar and not being able to Alt-Tab. This only happens in dongle mode and not Bluetooth mode. Is there any solution to this ?

Does it behave the same without Synapse in the background? For now, let’s uninstall the mouse drivers by doing the following steps on this page. PM me the serial number of your mouse if the problem persists. I can use that to verify its model and advice you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
