So yesterday I was trying to pair my mouse to my laptop via a Bluetooth dongle, but it didn't work so I removed the device and tried again and now I can't even get my Orochi to enter pairing mode anymore.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hello. When did this issue start? Can you share a short video of the issue? Also, have you tried changing the battery of your Orochi? Let me know.
Hi,
I've noticed this issue yesterday on my Orochi as well. It's an Orochi 8200 and fresh batteries don't do a thing -basically pressing the 4 side buttons won't make it enter the pairing mode. Were you able to get this issue resolved, and if you did, what you did?
Thanks

Hi there! Can you send over the serial number of your Orochi to me through PM? I'll assist you from there.

Hi, I'm desperate, my 2015 Razer Orochi mouse has become a paperweight. It does not respond by cable, nor does it work via bluetooth. This happened to me when I used it on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced early 2019 with Windows 10. It just turns on the wheel light and does nothing
