Razer Ortana Chorma lights keep flashing
Every time I turn on my key board it will flash its lights until I unplug it and plug it back in again.
also I find that I need to push rather hard to make sure my w key is working
its brand new

Because it is fairly new and because of the nature of the W key issue, I highly recommend that you get it replaced. I would normally recommend uninstalling the keyboard drivers then let Windows download signed ones. But the W key is a physical issue and may not go away even after breaking the keyboard in.
