Razer Ouroboros - the dock is charging but not working wireless

Hi, I have a problem with my Ouroboros. Everything worked fine but I haven't used the mouse for a month or two and when I use it again I found that it's not working on wireless mode. I click the green button on the dock station to pair the mouse with it but it just not start blinking as before. The dock station is charging the mouse properly, also the mouse is running properly on cable.

Given the age of the device, this is highly likely a transceiver issue. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your Ouroboros so I can check for possible firmware updates or dock recovery tools.
