Razer Ouroboros won't charge unless computer is active
Hi,
My Ouroboros won't charge while the computer is off, in sleep, or hibernating.
As a result, he wireless function cannot be used unless I leave the computer on and unused for a few hours each time I need to recharge, since the computer can't be used when the mouse is on the charging dock.
I have verified that Powershare is enabled, and other devices like my headphones will charge from the same USB port while the computer is off, in sleep, or hibernating.
I verified that the mouse is set to be able to wake the computer and also that windows will not turn it off to save power
Any suggestions appreciated.

neurocrashYou can go to the Windows Device Manager, expand the USB controller branch, then right-click the USB Root hub service and select properties. Click on the Power Management tab. If you want USB ports to keep supplying power in sleep mode, you can uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power“. I’ll be locking this thread now.
