I have fresh rechargeable batteries and the mouse is fully charged. It works just fine in wired mode but when I try to connect it wirelessly, the mouse stops flashing but the dock keeps flashing. When it finally stops, the mouse is not connected. I have Raze Synapse and have watched videos and looked at guides at how to connect it, following them. No matter how many times I try, it won't wirelessly connect. Does anybody know what to do or any fixes?

Your lucky you don't have my problem, My Razer Seiren X microphone made my volume SUPERRRRR low, I'm gonna need a new computer if i wanna play games normally again, Not even a month old gaming pc gone down the drain, also $1000 down the drain but im more sad about the PC than that, .w. Another thing is that the microphone is also going down the drain too, soo yeaa you are lucky you have this problem and not mine, Yours is only that mouse, Mine is an entire gaming PC, Not to mention the Ram Cards burnt inside my PC right when i connected my mic!
