I have had my Razer nari ultimate for some time, last tuesday around 22:30 CET they had some issues.
I was gaming and in a call with friends and suddenly they lost connection. I waited for them to reconnect but nothing happend. When checking the sound pannel in windows it showed that the Razer nari Game and chat were both disconnecting and reconnecting, i play on game and dont use the chat slider at all but when i changed the settings to fully chat it didnt disconnect. Restarted my pc and the connection seemed stable on the game version until i played a sounds and it went into the reconnect disconnect cycle again.
I tried resetting the headset in synapse but when it disconnects it also dissapears from synapse. I updated my bluetooth drivers and i removed the device from my devices on my pc.I tried the pairing tool and the dongle recovery tool. The recovery tool said that a recovery was necesary. But clicking recover didnt do anything. I was trying to get the pairing done after resetting the headset but the dongle kept disconnecting. During the pairing the headset was downloading new firmware and the dongle was being updated and my pc detected a new headset called AVNER AV 6301. i tried like 4 times to use the pairing tool and everytime it said something diffirent and the process got interupted. Then suddenly i heard the reconnect disconnect sound and the turn of sound and the headset stopped working. I cant charge them (the light doesnt turn on) and i cant turn them on again. They still work with the 3.5mm jack but i am dissapointed that using the razer pairing utility might have bricked my headset.
