Razer Pairing Utility not pairing (Razer Turret)

I have latest firmware and version of synapse, I have tried a number of uninstall and reinstall Mouse/ HID device etc. I have changed power management on USB and also on Razer Turret devices. However, when I go through the steps for the Razer Mouse pairing utility it simply will not pair either mouse or keyboard. It states - ‘’Pairing failed. Please retry’’. I retry and it simply does not work.  Razer no longer sell replacement dongles and device not on list of supported devices for multi-device dongle.  Can anyone help?

What OS build are you currently using? Is it possible for you to try pairing it using a different computer? Feel free to reach out via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
