Hi, I have a razer basilisk ultimate, and my dongle stopped working, hence I took my other razer dongle (working and also basilisk ultimate) to pair with the current one i have. When i used the pairing utility it says that the pairing is successful, but when i disconnect the cable and try with the dongle, it does not work. Help!

Hi there,
Try it on a different USB port just to check if it’s working. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can drop me a PM along with both of your mouse’s serial numbers so I can validate them and check my resources for some workarounds.
