Hello Community. I have decided to create a thread about my connectivity issues with my peripherals. I first had the USB dongles for my keyboard and mouse in a USB Hub connected to my PC, then put them into my PC directly in an attempt to fix constant disconnects which made the devices barely usable. The issues persisted so I contacted Razer on Reddit, showed them my Synapse logs and reset the drivers as well as installing Synapse clean. The issues started to occur shortly after again, regardless of whether Synapse is installed or not, but I figured out that when charging the devices via cable, these issues do not seem to occur. The cable is connected to the dedicated charging ports of the USB Hub, but I assume that even though they are marked as charging ports or fast charging ports, the ports still have a “regular USB connection” to the PC which eliminated the connectivity issues as the USB dongles are basically not the only thing keeping them running at that point. I didn’t buy these devices to keep them on their cable though, and I want to have this issue resolved.

I don’t want to go through the hassle of having to send devices back and forth for “replacement units”, not only because I need these devices but also because of negative experience with this. I appreciate any responses and hope that I can solve this here.
