Razer Phantom Touching and Window Changing

Hello, I have a Razer 15 advanced model I bought mid last year. Since buying, I have had so many issues with "phantom touching". Windows change on their own, languages cycle, and games get interrupted buy cortana notifications, even though cortana notfications are disabled. I thought this may be a firmware issue, but after updating firmware multiple times the issues still persist. Is anyone else having the same problem and how did you solve?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your laptop's concern here. Ths is odd. Have you tried replicating the issue by creating another local Windows user account or going to Safe Mode? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
