Razer Phone 1 Android Pie issues

My main issue is that ambient display is not working. I tried doing to fix for the Pixel but it does not work for the Razer phone, the fix for the Pixel is setting the automatically lock setting to immediately.

Hey there

Yes this is a known issue with the recent update.

Hopefully there'll be a fix soon .

I have found that I cannot connect to Wifi on my home network (where I did the update), but can connect to any other network, despite my other android pie 9 devices still being able to connect, and all other devices still being able to connect. After checking on my router (Netgear r8000p) the phone isnt even attempting to connect at all, it sees the network, but never tries to hand shake with it at all

I have the same issue. Also Google chrome shuts down with certain Websites. And the camera won't work if the phone is on don't disturb. 😞

We'd appreciate it if you can send me your Dev Logs via PM along with the serial number and IMEI of your phone. The logs will help us get more information as to what is causing the issue.

Can you provide me directions to do so?

Also, is it possible to do a roll back to the previous version? This is horrible. When my phone is in my pocket and someone calls, it automatically answers the call. I also have a missed call from a few days ago, which I've already cleared my call history and restarted my phone multi times but yet I still get the notification badge that I have a missed call.

There are some ways to go back to an older version. But those would void the warranty as you would need to use third-party apps and the like. The best thing you can do is try a factory reset then run the updater. If that doesn't help, please PM me with the serial number and IMEI of your device.
