I bought a RP1 from a reseller less than 3 months ago, and now it has some issues with the touchscreen (all of the sudden, whitout any kind of update, new usb cable or fall/physical issue).
I've looked it up on other forums and it seems quite a few people have this same issue and couldn't get it solved until they got a new phone.
So i'd like to ask if this is something that Razer can fix (given i bought it from a reseller) and is this hardware or software issue?
I have tried to reboot, hard reset, factory etc.. And i didn't solve the issue.
Any solutions?
