Razer phone 2 auto rotate not working?

I don't know if it was the update but ever since I haven't been able to rotate the screen with motions or with auto rotate.any suggestions?1

    Update: it fixed itself randomly but why would it be stuck for hours with no rotate option in bottom right corner?
