Razer phone 2 camera problem

A bit long but you may like the read... I purchased 2 Razer phone 2's about 4 days apart, he first one was for my fiancé. I powered it on and updated all the software including the OS. I played with the camera, it took ok pics. We both played with it for a few days, I played with settings and she put on her apps and used it as her everyday phone, no games as of yet, she does take a ton of pictures. The camera app will not save to external memory and she needed it for the ton of pictures she will take. I put a SanDisk 128GB card in and formatted it as internal memory and the Razer moved some apps onto it although I did not request it to do so, no big deal, YET. I opened the camera app took a couple pics and all seemed good, until I tried to ZOOM. The moment I touched Zoom the camera app froze, the back button was useless, the only way to close it was to swipe up and close the camera app, go to apps and force close or cycle power. I also could not figure out how to remove her SD card without crashing the camera all together because its memory was gone. I could not find any place to move the apps OFF the SD card. On the second phone, I had not put an SD card in yet and had been playing with the camera options and settings so I could answer her questions when asked. I had been zooming all over the place and had no problems zooming in or out. After the problems on her phone, I decided to put my SD Card in my phone but this time I would format it as external to see what happened. After formatting and mounting as external memory, my camera also locked up as soon as I tried to Zoom. The external format seemed just a bit different because my app freeze would seem a bit more random meaning after I stopped and restarted the camera app, I could zoom and take a few pictures before the zoom would cause it to freeze up. I did not and was not going to do a hard reset to try and get the camera to work after all the setup time. I did however download "Open Camera", totally free without ads and it works great. I haven't tried ALL the HD features yet but the camera saves to the external card and the pics are noticeably better. With "Open Camera" the Zoom works without locking up the camera app. Multiple power cycles, no hard reset and the Razer Phone 2 camera app still behaves as stated above. Did you add an SD Card to your phone before you noticed it freezing on Zoom??? So, in my opinion, it seems as if the Camera app does not like the way the OS interacts with the SD Card.
