RAZER PHONE 2 Charging Problem

Hi, I ahave a Razer Phone 2, with the original USB Type C and original quick charger, i found it cannot be charged anymore, and i did tried the wireless charge with Razer Chroma, neither of them make the phone charging. Please advise on this. Thanks

    Have you tried using a different USB-C charging cable? Should the issue persists, the phone needs to be diagnosed in our service center as it indicates a hardware issue. Please click this link to submit a case or send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
