Razer Phone 2 crash while booting/endless loop

My Razer Phone 2 startet at random to restart . Then it freezes at the "Splashing-Screen" after the "Razer powered by android" screen and startet again . After many of this "reboot/restarting" a new Screen appeared with the following : your device is corrupt. it can't be trusted and may not work properly . To mention , i never did anything special to the phone or software like rooting or anything , only updates from the razer/android software or downloading google play store apps. I tried to go to the recovery mode and go to "reboot system now" but it only start again to restart and freeze , after hard desicions i go to wipe data/ factory reset and it still freezes but it loads longer in the splashing screen then before . So please tell me what can i do to get this phone working again !
