Razer Phone 2 Internal Memory SD card "Scandisk SD Card Missing"
I have a Razer Phone 2. My phone stopped charging via the port after a few months but I didn't do anything about it because I always charged my phone wirelessly. What I didn't realized is that I couldn't connect to the computer the same way as if I could use the USB C port. Recently I formatted an 32 GB SD card and added it to my phone to add clear up some space on my phone. A dialog box came up asking me to format the card on my phone in order to use it and I clicked yes. After that another dialog box popped up and asked if I wanted to back up my phone to the card. I clicked yes. Then the phone started backing up and it took a while. After the back up it showed that the sd card was full and that the phone was not any less full. Later I removed the SD Card from the phone and moved some of the data to my computer. Because of the errors I was getting on my phone I tried formatting the SD card on the computer and starting the process over by reinserting the card in my phone when I got the following error: "Scandisk SD Card Missing, insert device again". I tried formatting it again on my computer and noticed there were two drives on the same card. So I formatted both of them and reinserted the card in my phone and restarted my phone.
The result is now I can't get my phone to recognize the SD card and I can't access the internal memory either. When I click on Storage in the Settings it just closes and when I try accessing my files I see an hourglass and the words "Can't load content at the moment".
Is there any way to fix this without resetting my phone the factory settings?
