Razer Phone 2 is pocket dialing often

Hi there,

I have a problem with my Razer Phone 2 - it keeps waking up and going into the "emergency call" mode or turning on the flashlight when its in my pocket. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? I work outside and it sometimes can be a real pain to retrieve my phone with dirty hands simply to lock the thing again - only to have it happen a few moments later. Is this just happening to me? I can't seem to find any other posts relating with this issue.
Hi there! Please see if you have "Tap to Wake" is enabled. If it is, please try disabling it and see if it helps. Let me know how it goes.
