Razer Phone 2 Issues

I have had my phone for awhile now and while I have absolutely enjoyed it I have a major problem. Where I live I get no cell signal (Bottom of a hill in a valley). I have great internet but for some reason my Wifi Calling option isn't there. When I search settings for Wifi Calling it shows up but clicking the option gives me a blank page with the title "Wifi Calling". I have spoken with my VZW techs and tried multiple SIM cards with no resolution. Has anyone else had this issue and/or know the fix? Thanks!
