Razer Phone 2 no longer connecting to Cell or Wifi

A couple of days ago my RP2 started randomly disconnecting from cell, wifi and bluetooth, then reconnect a minute later. Now it won't connect to anything, and randomly shuts down and restarts. When in the settings, it lists the IP address and IMEI as unknown, and shows the MAC address as a 2 and a bunch of zeros. Tried switching OSs, tested treble and havoc with the same results. When the phone is in recovery mode, specifically TWRP it seems to work fine, no issues. 2 Phone repair shops said it was a firmware bug, but how would I even go about fixing that?

When did the issue start? Did you perform a hard reset on your Razer Phone 2? Let's try to fix it by following the steps from this link. If the issue persists, send me the serial number via PM so I can take a closer look.
