I went to razer support to put in a warranty claim for my phone not working. The date of purchase was in November of last year from amazon (an official seller). I have proof of purchase of this. Despite this when I put the IMEI of my phone it said that it was not in warranty, which would go against what they claim when they sold the phone. I put in a request 1 week ago about this issue and have not received any contact back. What is happening?

Having a similar issue and speculative speaking they will out wait you until your warranty fully expires before they respond or until you give up. Whichever happens first, irrespective of the pandemic. Sorry I have now answers either but you're not alone.
That's incredibly messed up, I think I'll file a BBB complaint towards them then... I've waited 20 days for a response but nothing from them
