Who else is having problems with your phone?
Has anyone had any luck getting your problems resolved?
1. First thing wrong that I noticed was anytime I would change the wallpaper, the next day it would change it to something completely random. Then it would change from the time I would lock it out then unlock it. Constantly random wallpapers!
2. Two weeks ago the USB-C charging problems started. At first it had to be placed a certain way now it won't charge at all. The headphone jack dongle does not work verifying that the charging problem isn't the cord.
3. Reception is very poor even with Verizon while others have great reception.
4. Flashlight works intermittently, have to close app then go back to it.
5. Camera freezes often.
I have owned the phone since late September of this year, not happy about the quality.
Technical support has been VERY slow to respond to email inquiries and now are not taking phone calls (Christmas time maybe??)

I've had somewhat similar issues. The speakers have sounded like they're blown since i got the phone, read that it might be software related so waited. About three months ago, i was told that i was muffled during calls and the USB C port was "loose" and finally the microphone gave up and no longer works. I cleaned the usb-c port and now the cable clips in properly when charging, but the microphone still does not work.
I tired to get in contact with support just before my warranty ran out to try an get this all resolved, but it's been a month now and i've heard nothing back from my support request.
