Razer Phone 2 screen flickering issue

    Hello so I have Received my Phone yesterday and I have a couple issues with the Phone already... First one is when the Dolby app is on my speakers are crackling so I have to have it turned off. Second problem is, I was playing mobile Legends and my girlfriend called me and when I accepted the call and put her on speakerphone the screen was flickering black and back on game every 15-20 seconds until the call ended. Also the screen had to be touched to Come back normally if I would leave my finger off screen the screen wouldn't turn back on and stay black and during the call she would hear the game sound very loudly (it was literally at 4 notches so not very high). 3rd Issue first thing I did when receiving my new phone was try Netflix but It crashed and froze. I had to hard reset the phone to make It work again. 4th Issue mic drop or people have trouble understanding me on speakerphone It really is a great phone but I would like to know if I have a defective unit because of the flickering on call while doing other stuff or if I can do something to fix It? Otherwise I Will be returning It to Amazon. I also found 1 person having similar issues with his screen on Reddit recently and he was told his unit was defective but he didn't gave news. Yes the phone was updated with all the latest updates when I turned it on for the first time. Could you guys send me an email please? And thank you.

Hi there! Did this issue start right off the box? Please try putting the phone into safe mode and see if the issues persist. Let me know how it goes.

The phone is brand New (it was its first day) I opened it, updated the phone without doing anything then I plugged it for a full charge. After all that I started trying it. As I said I opened Netflix, ran something for a couple of minutes, stopped (left Netflix on standby) when I tried resuming the show the app crashed then froze (was unresponsive) but the phone was. A normal restart did not fix it. I hard resetted the phone and it worked. For the screen flickering issue it only does it when i'm playing a game and receiving a call. I don't know if it's the call itself or when on speakerphone but personally as soon as I put the call on speakerphone while playing is when the issue start. I have resetted the phone on safe mode now and Will try to reproduce the issue tonight. The restart haven't fixed the speaker crackling issue and now starting the 4th day of the phone even if the Dolby app is off I get random crackling at 2 notches or near max (have to be atleast 4-5 notches below max to stop it from crackling in both modes) I Will update you tonight for the screen flickering and the mic drop when I'm talking on the phone. Is there anything else I could try for all the issue mentionned? A big selling point for me was the good speakers but this is really throwing me off for a brand new phone having this much issues.
