So when i bought it i had some charging and screen responsiveness issues, i requested a replacement but the replacement was in even worse condition as the screen is nuts!

I thought its software side and i still believe so but is it really the case?

Because even during a restart the glitch is still present even with a full shutdown.

My question is whats really the problem, is it really software or hardware and if its hardware what part do i have to source out.

I hope its not the screen glass because i made sure to preserve it well and no replacement would be in such a good condition without scratches.

Edit: its out of warranty as the replacement was done at the end of the warranty period and i did not expect it to be just 1y

Note i bought a second one and used it for the time been for a couple years but still i want my old phone to work and not gathering dust.

and i dont plan on sending it overseas to have it fixed for a brand new phone price.

Im capable of DIY so there is that.

okay relying on those brainless local repair shop will only drain my time and wallet, apparently I'm much smarter so ill be doing it my self, I did some diagnoses and it seems to be temperature related, the issue is only visible from my end when I take screenshots the screenshots are clean no issue there, I'm assuming its possibly the screen which needs to be replaced but I hope its not the case sourcing one is one big headache specially if we are looking for scratch free brand new condition. sorry for the delay as I forgot where I posted this article XD
further more there seems to be stages of this issue depending on the temp, too cold the screen looks like as if its broken, the second stage images are stuck and look as if its burned or something, the third stage is frame lagging where a frame is stuck in the screen, responsive wise is unaffected, the last stage which is warm and hot, the issue is not present,

the issue doesn't seems to be related to the CPU maybe the screen glass? but I don't have a full tear down of the phone to actually guess what part could be the issue and opening 2 razer phones and swapping parts until I figure out is 1 time consuming 2 stupid because this way the phone will look as if it was tempered with and no longer have that brand new feeling to it. it will feel like its gone through a lot and I don't want that.
